"ala onaona" is incense brand which is handmade in Hawaii. "ala" means "path" and "onaona" means "frangance" in Hawaiian. The brand is inspired by the natural beauty of Hawaii and the spiritual significance of incense.

"ala onaona" is incense brand which is handmade in Hawaii. "ala" means "path" and "onaona" means "frangance" in Hawaiian. The brand is inspired by the natural beauty of Hawaii and the spiritual significance of incense.
Audience
Our incense is made not only for visitors, but also for locals who value self-care and mental well-being. They can be afford to care about themselves and relatively more likely to be female. In addition, our product is made for people who care about sustainability and interested in Hawaiian culture.
Design Explorations
Challenge
The challenge of creating a package design is to make it visually and functionally unique while maintaining usability.
Solution
The box design allows the outer box to slide down, pushing out the incense inside. Furthermore, while each of the three scents has a distinct main color, using a shared color ensures visual consistency.
Color Scheme
My brand personality is opulent and indulgent. To express this, I selected a muted color palette featuring burgundy, milky white, and olive green, which evokes a sense of calm and sophistication.
Typeface
Package Structure
